Hardship Never Goes into Vain
Hard-working people are often confused. They never know whether their work will produce desired results or not. Confusion shallows them. In fact, many people around us are skeptical about the hard work they do to achieve their dreams.
I often hear on YouTube or elsewhere that instead of working so hard, we must do the Smart Work. But the truth is that in whichever way the work is done, its hardship never goes in vain. In fact, it is a myth of choosing between hard work or smart work. So, we must put all of our efforts into our work to make it perfect in whatever way possible.
You know what! It took me time to realize how work could be smart. But I have a different set of experiences that make me understand more about the connections between both of them.
Actually, what I understand is that a work can only be done in a smart way, if it is followed in the hard way. Hard work is actually the first stage of smart work. Success is a result of the combination of both.

Smart work is about doing work using our intelligence. Now the question arises. What is intelligence? The answer is quite simple, the ability to think, understand, and learn faster is called intelligence.
Using learned information in a practical way is what makes all of it. And this capability defines our work done in a smart way. So, here’s the point. While learning something, we need to do hard work and doing a practical task perfectly done using that learning is smart work.
So, work smart and, if needed, work harder than ever before, because hardship never goes in vain and you will always learn something new.
